Who we are

This website is operated by Voyage & Keel Yachts. For any question about your personal information, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:

• your name and email address;
• optionally, your region and area of interest;
• the message you write, and — if you enquire about a listed vessel — which vessel.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, passport details, financial information or other sensitive data through the website.

Why we use it

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and — if you choose to work with us — to take the conversation forward. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Service providers

To run this website we rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it against abuse. It processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely.
• Web3Forms delivers messages sent through the contact form to our inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits in aggregate and do not identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead further are deleted within two years.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]and we will respond promptly. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
